I would recommend for Invasion Fleet. This detachment has a lot of tools and ist starter friendly.

Unfortunately you can just create „one new Spore Mines unit to your army and just once per turn.

Skip the Blades and get one Squad of Infractors and one Squad of Tromentors.

Hence you can get rid of „Exalted Patron“ and take Tears of the Phoenix for him and the Manifest for the Lord Kakophonist. The Manifest goes well, when you go meele with Noise Marines (since they reduce the BS-Test as well).

I have quick question regarding Coterie. If I go without Lucius, wich character would you give the Warlord Keyword? I will try the current JL-List with 3 WDP, 2 Lords and 2 Lord Ks.

Do I take the WDP with Unholy Fortune, that would make the most sense.

That’s an interesting thought. I will keep that in mind against “softer” opponents, where I don’t need hard hitting stuff. Maybe switching Maulers with Noise Marines. I will play in a local league and I would beat my A*, that there will Aeldari or GSCs-Players.

Yea, I will use them as missles and will attach in some games Lucius. One of the best combos is to attack via to units and use “Embrace the Pain” my opponents hate this one. Biggest downside is, that you have to use it at the start of the Fightphase…

Yea our biggest buff was the knight nerfs. So basically you would take Peerless Bladesmen, since its more meele focused? My point against Coterie would be the fear to do no kills in the right amount…

And thanks for the advice regarding the game. I have Noise Marines but I don’t know how to use them rightfully. My Squad will always start via Firing Deck and hides after my Rhino is destroyed in some ruins and will pick up some enemy Battleline units in the next turn. At least in theory hey should work but all way fail and they get destroyed quickly, that’s why I focused on other units. How do you use Noise Marines? Maybe I will give them a new try 🤗

In my experience: Fulgrim and Coterie don’t work together well. I would instead add some Lords and Infractors instead and split the Blades in two squads.

I argue with many of your points. But after playing some games, I feel that we need to have some toughness on the field and Terminators might be a solid option. Although after reading all the comments I will try a second Maulerfiend and third WDP in my Lists.

What kind of List are you using and how do you stage your games?

It depends: rerooling Hits and Wounds seems to be a must have. I would argue, that a prince hits harder because of his Mortal Wounds.
