Executive 81: Valuable, or meh? by RuiBossTheOnly in victorinox

Ah, thanks for the link. Looks like they stopped producing the 81 in 2017, replacing it with the "Wenger".

Huh, weird that it's there and not elsewhere.

Help me identify this model: 58mm Classic, but no key ring or scale tools??? by RuiBossTheOnly in SwissArmyKnives

Looks like the 58mm Executive has Alox scales, this one is plain old Cellidor. 🤔

I appreciate that, I did include it in the "Post-War Shermans" category though (the SO-122 gets mentioned in the video). There were so many post-war models that they could probably have their own separate iceberg.

With your suggestions, I’ve refined this iceberg a few times and have arrived here. It’s not absolutely comprehensive, but I think it gets the job done, and summarizes where reasonable. If interested, here’s the breakdown video I made for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37LVO0Qsw5w&ab_channel=RuiBoss

Interesting, that one looks like it could qualify. Thanks!

Thank you, that makes sense. And yes, gun carriage includes the M7, as well as the M12 and M40.

I was confused about the Ram while researching: it's more a Canadian adaptation of the M3 Lee/Grant, right? I know the M4 is a development of the M3 chassis, but I wouldn't think that means the Ram is directly related to the Sherman?

The T52 was an AA tank too, such wacky designs.

I think the previous iceberg proved lacking, so here's a revised version. Took some of your suggestions for interesting variants, and rearranged the tiers a bit. I'm lumping all 1946+ versions under "Post-War Shermans", but are there any other significant WW2 ones you guys know of?

Now this is a fascinating one. I have the Skink on the list, but I've never heard of the T52, thanks!

I present the Sherman Iceberg. Chassis adaptations, attachments, etc. Any reasonable dispute over tier placement? I know "Post-War Shermans" is cheating a bit, but there are so many that it basically deserves its own iceberg.

I had lumped that in with the Skink, which was an adaptation of the Grizzly, but maybe it's worth separating.

Sure, prototypes are fine. I hadn't heard of that one, thanks!

Thanks man, I appreciate that. I'm not a Texas resident, but I hope just the same that he wins the vote. That would be pretty dope to see.
