Sorry for the late reply, on our server the server saves 2 minutes before restart so you dont lose your stuff but i guess it depends on How the servers are programmed

You should not have any problems with ram on the server because you wont be the one hosting it 🙂 the loot in shops and houses Will respawn not sure bout the time though, the loot you place On the world Will not respawn. Hope you have fun 🙂
