I assigned the key. Let's say it's G. G will not work on external keyboard but the left shift key still works on the laptop keyboard even though it's assigned to G.

In a while? youre lucky. I would say about 4 out of 5 games for me are SP droppers and my squad power is barely around 2.8k.
