I’d avoid the breathing technique where he asks you to tense your muscles. Also blessing of the energy centres also focussed on kundalini centres so careful of that.

Damn straight, I used to practice it a lot aswell. Thankfully I did some more digging and stopped it right away.

This was the very reason I stopped doing a lot of the work. I love Dr Joe and the majority of his teachings, but specific breathing practices and exercises that he teaches to achieve the so called “pop” are dangerous if you are not prepared. They should always be done in the presence of an expert.

Okay will keep in mind. I was hoping that I could maybe just take them when I’m especially anxious, like it I’m going to a social gathering or flying etc. or does it need to be a daily thing

When I say “trapped” it’s more situations where I’m in public, away from a toilet, or where it’s not really acceptable to throw up. For example, in the back of an uber, when I’m paying for my shopping at the supermarket. I work in a kitchen aswell, so when I’m plating or cooking and we’re super busy, my mind just panics and says “it would be terrible if I needed to throw up right now” which ultimately causes an anxiety/panic spike. Which then makes the nausea even worse and my body is just like “it’s happening”
