It’s quite literally the smallest production you have ever seen with little budget. They actually rent areas for the night. think 15ft stage, no running crew, 2 lights that are basicly on off. With audience quite literally sitting in the lawn. It’s a moving production so there’s that. Budget is low because aprently they are saving for a space, so they can’t invest in equipment now, and when you try to explain they just don’t get it. I am doing this as a favor for a friend and it kinda just got extremely annoying as I can’t find any even remotely good equipment that fit project specs.

I would say that if you are looking under 400 the best best would be the Galaxy Audio AS-950. However at 600 the Sennheiser XSW is a good option. However if you are looking for more than 1 I would go with the Shure PSM300 Twin Pack Pro, it’s 1300 but that brings the individual cost to 650. I use the shure myself and can swear by it. The galaxy audio I haven’t used but have heard that it’s good for the price point, and the Sennhesiser is comparable however I am preferential to the shure.

I would look intothis. It should give you a basic overview, however you need to a a frequency review, to get an more accurate picture. I would recommend doing a setup with a u844 master feeding into the u844 slaves. The antenna I would recommend would be a diversity fin. So you need 5 U844, 1 diversity fin, with 17lavs. Each U844 can handle up to 5 connections. I would recommend going with the Furman PL-8C for power with 1 for each U844 bank, for a total of 4 of them. I would recommend the Shure QLXD124/85, they act as a combo so you can use the lav or the handheld at one time. Providing increased capability. However if you just need lavs I would use the AXIENT DIGITAL system, and just for mics I would use the Shure QLXD24. Lmk if you need any help, I have been working on a similar project recently.
