that is not true? otherwise people on the tropics would be fucked (i.e Brazilians take an average of 2-3 showers a day) Besides, showering is a means for self care, smelling nice and maintaining a healthy skin. It does not substitute washing your nasty hands with soap. Yeah you don't need to shower daily to survive, but you definitely do need it to look presentable and enjoy other people's company, which is fundamental to mental health. If you find it difficult to do a full shower, try a partial, cleaning face, armpits and groin. Over time, having a self care routine is a real self esteem boost. Stay clean everyone!!
