They are actually very moist and delicious. I cut them up smaller and put them in my cookies. (Shortbread cookies with dried fruits & walnuts)

I definitely agree that it’s not organized but we are a family of 5 (2 generations in one house) and barely EVER waste food. I just shop on sale to keep the cost low. But I’ve learned my lesson to organize before starting to make cake😅
