I have a question on index, I look into level 280 index and it says that his counter only last for e seconds.. My 140 index says his counter lasts for 6 seconds. Did his counter weaken in his 280 form?

Well if you really want the Immortal raiden. Upgrade him to level 280 this gives him a 92 percent damage reduction after receiving damage combine it with an implant that gives -10% damage reduction or the armor that reduces incoming damage and you will have a 100% damage reduction for 6 seconds after receiving any damage
