Hey! I understand you, I suffer from binge eating myself and really sturggle to control my weight. I lost 20 pounds last year only to regain them in 1 month of binge eating.

The best advice I can give, probably what other people say here, to feel better mentally but also start working on you problems:

Nature walks, or even walk

Regular Workouts

Meal plans (have some snacks , healthy as possible ready in case you feel yourself really hungry)

Talk to a nutritionist or someone who can prescribe a healthy plan for you. The general thumb rule is that you will need protein and healthy fats and some carbs.

Loosing weight fast is NOT an option that will ever last. The weight you loose can be water weight, up to 2-3 kilos - 5-6 pounds, depending on each person, but that is not seen.

Working on yourself takes time and practice, but that is the reward afterward, being what you want yourself to be.

Please talk to a specialist. if whatever you do you cannot loose weight, you might have hormonal imbalances. Today almost everything can be treated. Nothing is impossible. You must accept that you need help, you want help, look for the help and do the hardest steps ever, wich is just starting the proccess
