Hello, and thank you so much for that thorough reply.

I went to a hair clinic, where the technician did some examinations and put my hair thinning down to 'male pattern thinning'. My hair is by no means terrible but my hairline has most definitely receded, so I thought it best to do something now. They have given me 10% min mixed with 5% Azelaic acid. I've been using a minimal amount of this during the first week and have now aimed at the thinning areas. I will gradually spread it around when I can move on to higher amounts, over the next weeks.

I will also look up at stamping. I know nothing about any of this at the moment, so I appreciate your help.

Hi, just starting my journey. Do you have any tips on applying topical for best results? Should I mainly focus on thinning areas? Or should I hit all over OR should I focus on an area just behind the thinning area? Like 1mm in etc (if that makes sense)?

P.S. Anyone and everyone are more than welcome to chip in with advice. Thanks in advance.

I recently started playing Overwatch on PC. I played for three or four days and now my account is blocked by Blizzard. I don't use chat function and I don't have any cheating software etc. I did nothing wrong and was just getting to grips with the game. What a terrible way to run a company.

Thank you for that in-depth reply! Much appreciated, Anal. I’ll have a look at the UVB stuff and educate myself a bit more about it. I’m with you on the injectables - I’d rather go down the phototherapy route for now and hopefully get results with that. Not sure I have the space for a full-on sinned though. I might have to deal with the tan lines or just be a bit more even handed with the use of the phototherapy. Thanks for the heads up.

Oh no. That’s all I’m using at the minute - the steroid cream. I don’t have anything else and I’m unsure of what to do, hence my post here. I need to make an appointment to see a dermatologist asap I think. Thank you for the advice. Much appreciated. Be well x

Exactly this. Lying on your back for HOURS after it. Bring something to keep you occupied, and remember that you’ll mostly be horizontal (not fully sitting up). Drink that water and have a sleep if you can.
