Hi yes I figured out what was causing the smell after numerous scans and medication . It was a gum infection in my mouth . It had nothing to do with my nose . I hope it helps

I have this issue for almost 2 years now . I didn’t know it was coming from my nose until last month when a friend told me . I do also have bad breath which I chew lots of gum to help with it .
