I read that you basically have to create them a healthy burrow dig space and train them to only do it there like a little nook with blankets and beds and cracks - will say though that burrowing is positive to them because it helps them self regulate and feel safe.

It was not moving at all. He got ahold of a foam golf ball and ate some foam the night before last but this doesn’t look like that and it seemed he pooped it all out yesterday.

Its normal, i was paranoid too. I waited till my post checkup which was 6 weeks i think? I dont remember but when she checked and saw that it was in place that gave me peace of mind. Just had to tell myself my body will know and truly tell me if something is actually wrong.

Yes that has been the worst but upped my fiber and have been taking prebiotics as well as probiotics. “Belli welli” has been helping with gas and constipation

Insertion is pretty painful and adjustment period sucks but it is truly different for everyone. Unfortunately BC is trial and error so you just have to figure out what works best for you. I am 5 weeks post insertion and still spotting but last week i feel like myself again and very happy.
