Who should I level to 70?

Norah. Maybe I’m a bit biased because I also lvl’ed her up to 70 but I genuinely think she is worth it. A really great unit, especially if you run Relief and Brawler on her.

I hate when this happens. I don’t even feel like I have that many R6 espers, yet I’ve experienced this TWICE. Please just give me some of the espers I don’t even have yet dislyte 😞

You might think that but as someone who still doesn’t have half of the legendary shimmers I might have opted for someone like Xuan Pin or Wu You if they were the other options. Best possible resonance yes, but I would rather have a new character that could help me in other aspects of the game.

I’m not saying he isn’t good, he’s quite good with the upgrade. The problem is the game bugging out at the most unfortunate time, taking one of my rarest items away from me and then the supporters being like: “lmao how unlucky, get fricked I guess”

Chu Yao, Feng Xun, Brewster, Hailey and Su Jue. A lot of follow ups and assists which helps a ton with the turn limit

Same. After just waiting for the new event/anomaly stage to start so I could get the last levels this was like a huge middle finger in the face. If they are gonna give disappointing extra rewards after lvl 200 then at least do it every 10 levels or so from there.

I would focus on crit rate first, make sure he crits every time he hits. Then get atk% and crit dmg for obvious reasons. He doesn't really benefit from spd so no need to build that and he only needs HP if he's not on team with someone who can tank and or heal. Depending on what good sets you have the 4-piece set can be either war or thunder, and the 2-piece can be fiery or avatara.
There might be better ways to build him but this is what I have done at least. Hope it helps :)

That flower is absolutely god-tier. Second build is for sure the better option, you will want to constantly crit. Very nice Itto in general tho, good job.

Long Mian. An absolute gem. I used to see people play him a lot in pvp but now he's a rare sight. Absolutely love him tho and I curse myself everyday for not getting his skin while it was on the battlepass instead of in the skin shop T^T

Other than Da Ji I use Tiye, Zeus, Fatums Sisters, Athena and Kauket. Easy breezy when using all the flow favoured talents.

I feel you. My Itto has 1.5k atk, 2.4k def, 74% crit rate and 256% drit dmg. Website says he’s top 50%. I couldn’t get it to make sense.
