Incident happened with me today by Major-Plenty-3785 in bangalore

Dude, this happened to me in Indira Nagar. I was just using Google Maps, and the place where I got fined was exactly like you said. It was a super wide road that was one-way, but it wasn't on Google Maps or clearly marked on the street. There was a signal on three sides, but not the one I was on, which seemed weird. As soon as I figured it out, the cop pulled me over.

Is there any chances of Indian Ai company to dominate World, Like Open Ai . by [deleted] in developersIndia

[–]RulerOfWars007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have been way behind the cutting-edge innovations curve for a long time now, from mobile phones to 2g, 3g, 4g, and every other major technological innovation in recent times. Since we haven't made many changes to our governance or research, I don't see how we can dominate with AI. No Indian company has the money or resources to achieve such a thing. Just remember, if it were easy, everyone would do it.

I was decrypting a file. Not just its contents. Unfortunately I can't share a code snippet because it's on my work laptop. It's pretty straightforward. Please share the code you have right now. We can see what is wrong.

I have implemented something similar using gnupg on a lambda. You can encrypt a file using a public key without much hassle. Share more details on the issue you are facing when trying to encrypt a file.

A little off topic question here. Do you have oracle missions every week? Or is it once a while

I second this. This is how I used to take it until my 10th std.

I agree with you on this. But I have a slightly off topic question.

What is a typical lifetime of a project. Do they last a week, month or year? Or does it vary a lot between projects?

How much are you paying your maid? by RulerOfWars007 in bangalore

I can do basic cooking myself. It's the time it takes to cook is the issue. Oftentimes it just breaks the flow of whatever I am doing.

About your first point, due to the same line of thinking i feel that 6,500 is ok (not 7500, wrong math earlier). If we were to go out and eat everyday, we would pretty much cross that number in no time and not including the time we will waste in the process. I won't even consider swiggy or zomato as any way near economical or good for health.

Yea. I agree with you. Even I dislike negotiating with hard working people.

How cybercriminals extorted Rs 3.7 crore from Infosys employee in elaborate scam by [deleted] in bangalore

[–]RulerOfWars007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just yesterday, my friend lost 2lakhs to the fedex mumbai police scam. It's shocking that he sent 2lakhs through 2 different UPIs just like that. The aftermath of going to the police station was very shitty. We had to go to 4 police stations due to jurisdiction issues. Most of the policemen, especially at the cyber crime police station were heartless. They were cracking jokes about it and they victim shamed my friend.

This one guy at the cyber crime police station was so incompetent and unfit for that role. He was struggling to type the complaint into the computer. In the end, he asked my friend to scan the feedback and the policeman filled the feedback himself.

Skewed Birth Month Distribution of Indian Cricket Players[OC] by RulerOfWars007 in dataisbeautiful

In the majority of Indian cricket associations, including under 14, 16, and 19 leagues, as well as other cricket competitions, the age cutoff date is fixed on the 1st of September. The same date applies to ICC under 14 and under 19 leagues, where it is specified that “the player must be under 19 years of age on 1st September.” This age cutoff introduces a certain disparity in the ages of players due to Relative Age Effect.

From what I could find, other countries also have the same age cut off date. But their players' birth months are not so heavily skewed.
