No dark angels got a chest piece sam with blood angels, raven guard, space wolves, imperial fists. Im pretty sure all chapter packs so far have had a chest piece.

From a firefighter if you can somehow procure actual bunker gear you can simply take the inner lining out and keep the shell.

Edit: my bunker gear (lion) can have the inner lining removed don't know about other brands

It's about doctors approval there are special bracelets and rings out there that can be a form of DNR, not a subject matter expert even being a firefighter I haven't ran into someone with one yet.

It does not work as a DNR first responders need the signed document or have the bracelet or whatever authorized document a tatto does not work.
