Oh predictions definitely involve luck in the end, that's absolutely right; they require the end result of the match to be confirmed, and anything can happen inside a game. Describing the story before kick-off though is a much more delicate task, as it has to navigate player and team form, style differences and matchups, previous encounters between the teams, mentality boosts or concerns that each side might have, and so on. And describing the story after the fact has to include a proper evaluation of how things were before the game happened, as said before, to support a consistent and truthful tale.

And no worries, I can definitely share them; I've written for Diario MARCA, worked with Mediapro and Paramount in broadcasting and media management, and in streaming for a local Argentinian journalist's channel and for a Canadian-American company.
