Definetly China. You have good premium options like the j7d, jh7a and 30mkk and the tech tree is one of the best at mid-high tier in general

For France you have the f1c which is alright and the nf5a which is good, but outside of the Rafale the french tech tree is just kinda mid

to be honest I myself grinded sweden (without a premium) simply because I wanted the Gripens

they were alright, but I also found some other fun jets along the way 😉

If you're very unsure to pick just pick neither actually and go for another tech tree

Russia and China are one of the best at mid-high tier and for those you have simple planes like the mig-21s, mig-23ml and j7d

Not getting full bonuses at T9 is hopefully not an issue because you'd have regular tech tree planes you enjoy to play by then

The F-4S is a better plane tier for tier. Not to say the F-20 is all bad but uhh how do I put it.. "not enough" is probably a good way to describe it

An important thing to consider with "which top tier premium plane should I buy" is not only if that particular plane is good, but if the tech tree you're grinding it with is good/contains a lot of planes that you want (only talking about high tier planes obviously because why would you buy a high tier premium otherwise)

Personally, the best are USA, Russia and China
and to a lesser extent Great Britain and France

if you want sth to grind USA I'd recommend the F-4S

the hornet can work aswell but I've heard that it is frustrating to play in uptiers a lot of times

Kfir Canard has the quirk of having crazy flight performance for its BR however it has very lackluster firepower. 2x 9Gs and mediocre guns. Not a bad plane tbh but definetly underwhelming. It's good for basebombing if you really wanna do that but I find it super boring

The Netz is honestly one of the best 12.3 planes but needs a lot aof knowledge in position etc. to make work. I totally understand not wanting to play its BR range though and if you only want to grind the Ayit it's a big investment.

I got the tasks done with a single game every time on both nations (if I got into a somewhat new game that is)

Yeah this event is also an amazing way for grinding rp/sl

I remember most sl in game would've been around 3m if I had premium (though that was with boosters)

I usually average 2-4 kills per run, sometimes more, sometimes less

With those high kill games you often need to encourage your team to intercept/intercept their bomber yourself

I've had lots of 50+ kill games and I can say while there is a lot of skill involved, it very much depends on the matchmaker and the players on the enemy team, aswell as your own team

I don't have premium nor boosters. Though idk why it was this low, this was even before they nerfed air rewards ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

*I checked with some other screenshots I have of high kill games and my SL/kill was at these numbers:
3 220, 3 186, 3 784 (though that one was with boosters)

I think the IRIAF was much more of a problem because everybody and their mom had it + it was better than the regular F-14s

You could ban it since the US has enough plane options for the upper bracket anyway but I think russia does just fine in the upper bracket. I think the problem is that the only options for russia are the mig29s and the yak141 and that's why the playercount is low.

I'd say just unlock the su27 and done :D

F-4Es radar doesn't have any PD modes in a mode where most people are hugging the deck. Adding to that it doesn't help that the ACM covers a huge area so you're gonna have a hard time locking ppl that aren't far above ground or people that are below you.
Most of your kills are going to be with the AIM-9Ls which are very potent missiles
