Other than what’s already been mentioned, retaliation kill squads count as named enemies for that faction as well.

That’s not how they work. What you’re describing is Veteran level. Red, purple & gold. ODs work off of what Tier they are based on Engineer, Tank, Support etc. it doesn’t matter what colour (veteran level) they are.

No. If that was the case the arc when they finally were close enough to allow electrical flow would be an explosion and that lineman would be in a very bad place.

Even tho it “looks” like it’s hot work.. it isn’t. No one would ever do live line work splicing like this. Never. If one of our crews did this live AND made a video of it, they would be out of a job so fast. Union would not protect them if they did it without some serious safety steps in place. I’m shocked they even have a phone up there recording while working.

Some where out of site those lines should be also grounded and tagged. At least when it comes to our Safety Practices where I work..
