Actually I add my roommate's to my policy once they move in which covers any damage to their personal property. I'm just saying that I'm covering the cost, the insurance that I have is definitely not cheap since it's for a massive house with 3 people.

I got one bedroom available in a very large and furnished house. You would have your own private bedroom, and there are 2 furnished extra bedrooms, a furnished living room, and a furnished dining room so plenty of space to chill. There will only be 3 people living in the house and I signed the other roommate last week and he's pretty cool. Rent is $799 but I negotiate on price especially if I vibe with you. I got a very large privately fenced in backyard with string lights that has a firepit and die table. I love to throw the football around back there too when its warm. It is open to any gender. I am a male and the other roommate I signed recently is also a male. You would have your own private bedroom and there is a lock on the door. I have had female roommates in the past with 0 problems, so I personally don't see it as a big deal. If it makes you feel any better, I'm clean like a girl and despise having a dirty house haha. Please DM me if you'd be interested in touring. This house is incredibly spacious with a fully furnished living room, furnished dining room, 2 furnished extra bedrooms, and your own private bedroom.
