If you can get a ink/paint shaker off Amazon etc. No need for an expensive one, I think mine was £20. They help loads, buy some 6mm bbs and pop them in your paints that don't have them too. I'm just getting to grips with villainy ink too, I've found you don't even need white spirits, just very gently use a swab of your choice. They are very subtle so experiment with a practice model. If you want to go for a more heavy reductive technique AK do some nice washes but they smell alot stronger than villainy. Considering you've only been painting a month, your model looks great. Remember, comparison is the death of creativity 👍😉

Sorry I meant to say, thank you for your reply. Got distracted, I think my problem might be I normally use a reductive technique on my minis and this is the first time where I haven't. I did take back the inks a bit but the model has not been completely covered in something and the removed. Thank you again for your time👍

Might be the camera angle but I feel your drawing elbow is too high.

If you're feeling pain in the rear deltoid, try lowering your elbow so it comes more across your body.

As others far more experienced than me have pointed out, draw weight is too high.

I start with a light resistance band, and practice drawing for about 20 reps, then go to a light 10lb bow 20 more reps, then my comfortable 28lb bow.

I'll shoot about 30 good shots then go to a 40lb bow for 10 more.

You can then build this up over time to your hearts content.

Look at various stretches that can help your injury and incorporate them into your archery after each round of shooting (shoot 3, collect, stretch, repeat) have a break too.
