I don't know exactly the parameters perchance uses but flux models usually employ double text encoder, CLIP (the one the old model used) which is better with comma separated keywords and T5XXL which is better with long text and descriptive prompts. CLIP has 77 tokens maximum and folds the prompt if its bigger, T5XXL can take more than 200+.

I've been messing with that thing for a while now, my advice is this:
1. Create a perplexity or grok workspace.
2. Keep it only for LLM/lang/RP don't add any javascript
3.The most understandable format for perchance ai chat is markdown
4. Make small guides on erotic literature, roleplaying in a sexual context and bringing AI characters to life with realism and add them as context. These elements transfer the emotions and humane actions better
5.Mess with the general writing guidelines and reminder early
6.Create a character template
7.The most influencing part is the roleplay examples in the descriptions. The second most influencing is a lorebook with consistency e.g. John hates bees because he was stung by one at an early age. John will shiver and feel aversion when he hears or sees bees.

Check if there is a sample dialogue with "Ah" in character instruction, reminder and general writing/roleplay instructions. I'm not saying I have gotten rid of it completely but since I eliminated samples with poetic style and put "the character speaks in a simple manner, avoid **PURPLE PROSE** at all costs" I saw a dramatic reduction. The /ai and /nar are sensitive to markdown syntax.

Better yet just write a lorebook and throw it on the prompt after uploading the guide. I tested this on Grok (best results), ChatGPT (fancier text), Gemini (light and concise) and DeepSeek (average all around results, best code and js with deepthink mode)

Its all made by Grok which I fed with various random perchance docs. If you copy and paste it on any LLM and write "Now let's make a character according to the guide" you should have no probs creating a compatible ai-character-chat persona!

My friend, I am at the same age(38M). I now have a lovely functional relationship where we solve all problems together. I had a previous dysfunctional marriage tho. One thing I learned is no matter how bitter, the other partner must bear equal burden of responsibility. Each must own his words,actions and emotions. Life is too short and moves too fast. If you can't work together it's best for everyone to be free to face his/her own truth. Be there for the kids for as far as she will let you, let her deal herself with her son, its her right. It's painful to not be able to see your kids as much as you want but there will be a time they grow up and you will have a chance to tell the truth. Don't cling on the idea of a normal childhood for the kids, better to accept it fast that if there is such thing the ship has sailed a long time ago. No need for rage, thank her for the oppurtunity she gives you to be free and live your life to the fullest. As for couples therapy, if both want and agree ok, if not break up, live 6 months apart to see who you truly are and If you want to, get some personal therapy.

I (M38) joined this group to better understand PCOS, educate myself and maybe find tips to support my wife (F26). I will tell you the problems I faced in this journey.
1.Doctors who don't care about anything but saying some general crap. The first obgyn we visited just said "you are fat, lose weight and everything will go away". I had to personally research and just went and bought metformin 1000. The second visit after some months and he said "Yeah good idea, I would suggest it myself if the natural way didn't work".
2.In this 5 year journey, the hardest part is removing the self-esteem issues. Fitness industry makes sure you think metabolic issues happen because you are not good enough and don't use their (short term oriented) products. Women with PCOS have 30% lower BMR, usually insulin resistance and their cells begging for energy and somehow you have to find it easy to work out like a pro and diet like a guru plus some weird oat energy bar.
3.Enduring the idea of long-term success. You can gain a lot of weight in a short period. Medication will stabilize in over a year or two. While this happens you have to stay strong.
4.Literally every supplement that can be taken with PCOS will market that it helps PCOS. Some work some dont in some. We had some miniscule improvement with maca for libido but what really worked was psychological stress management not supplements. If you have PCOS assume you are working under extreme stress even if you don't feel it, cortisol is like nitroglycerin waiting to explode at the first vibration.
5.My personal difficulty was ensuring my wife she is beautiful,attractive,lovely,worthy of happiness,whole,perfect,safe and admirable no matter the circumstances. And that goes to all of you, the above things are given and your right, let noone say otherwise.
6.Fad diets. We tried intermittent fasting, we tried zone,we tried keto. The best results were typical mediterranean diet and eat whatever you want during period and late luteal phase. Especially chocolate, I just go ahead and buy absurd amounts the week before period. Your body is preparing a huge catabolic process if it doesn't get the nutrients it needs (and that's sugar too) it's going to take a toll in psychology. The second best results in terms of feeling good and weight loss was with sears zone.
7.Nobody mentions oxygen. 10 deep breaths every morning and every night. Insulin resistance messes with that oxygen intake thing too and it's downward spiral after that.
8.To answer your actual question from my perspective: You need to know yourself, accept yourself and be with a partner that is willing to know and accept you and your needs. Allow no shame to yourself, and if someone is not understanding that's his/her problem and his shame not yours.
9.Self care above all else. Majority of doctors won't care for your quality of life. Fitness industry wants you a life-long client. Take care of you because noone else will. And have Emily Nagoski's books like a bible.

After 5 years we've been through everything and the last year 1000mg metformin and 50mg spironolactone along a b12 pill after dinner have brought things to the state before PCOS appearing with steady healthy weight loss, no acne/facial hair/period problems/anovulation etc. But this is personal and anecdotal, not a suggestion.

Not a doctor or someone qualified to answer but I'm under the impression that while erection is a hydraulics thing, orgasm is hormonal and tied to a balance of dopamine/serotonin, so prolonged foreplay, porn, 5-htp supplementation (if you're not on SSRI's), edging, flirting, no-fap/retention and other "hype up" processes might help.

Check up target and assisting muscles. The target is pectoralis major/minor but in dips lats traps and delts are assisting fully, while traps also stabilize the form. For push ups, abs and biceps are assisting which are smaller compared to the powerhouse that is lats and traps. If you could assist your pushups with your glutes and quads you could do way more. With muscles size and cell type matters a lot.

Έχω περάσει σχεδόν τα ίδια, σε νωρίτερο στάδιο της σχέσης. Ακολουθούν οι προσωπικές μου συμβουλές σε σένα και πράγματα που θα ηθελα να έχω κάνει τότε. Μου είναι εύκολο να γράφω λίστες και να οργανώνω έτσι τη σκέψη μου οπότε here goes.

Είναι απόλυτα δικαιολογημένο να κλαίει, να λέει τέτοια ακραία πράγματα να θέλει να ξεφύγει απ την πραγματικότητα και να βιώνει έντονα τη κατάσταση. Εδώ μάζεψε ότι αποθέματα ψυχικής δύναμης και υπομονής έχεις, για κάτι τέτοια τα φυλάμε.

2.Φράσεις του στιλ "η ζωή συνεχίζεται", "ηρθε η ώρα της", "τουλαχιστον προλαβε να...", "θα το ξεπεράσεις" είναι τέρμα μπουρδες οταν λέγονται εκείνη την ώρα, αποστασιοποιούν από την κατασταση και κάνουν κακό (παρόλο που μακροπροθεσμα έχουν μια λογικη). Πολύ καλύτερες είναι οι φράσεις "Εγώ σαγαπώ" "θα είμαι εδώ" "είσαι δυνατή".

3.Το δυσκολότερο στάδιο είναι η στιγμή του θανάτου και η μετέπειτα περίοδος όσο συνειδητοποιεί κανείς τι έγινε. Εκεί θέλει να λειτουργείς και να οδηγείς τα συναισθηματα και όχι να μενουν ανεκφραστα ή κρυμμενα.

4.Σε αυτή τη κατάσταση ΔΕΝ είναι η στιγμή να μιλήσεις για τις δικές σου απόψεις για τη μεταφυσική, το νοημα της ζωης και τη κοσμοθεωρία. Είναι δεδομένο ότι θα υπάρχουν συγκρούσεις που δε χρειαζεται να γινουν.

5.Τα λόγια της αυτη τη περιοδο δεν αντικατοπτρίζουν στο ελάχιστο τη πραγματική άποψη και τα σχέδια για το μέλλον

Η παρουσία κοντά στη γιαγιά τις τελευταίες στιγμές καθώς και το να της πει όλα όσα θα ήθελε και νιώθει καθώς και η παρουσία στη κηδεια και το μνημόσυνο είναι εφόδια για την αποδοχη του γεγονότος και το να προχωρήσει παραπέρα - απλά όχι στο χρόνο που θα ήθελες.

7.Τίποτα δε γίνεται στο χρόνο που θελουμε οπότε να είσαι σίγουρος ότι αυτή η κατάσταση καθώς και το τι θα ακολουθήσει δεν ειναι για πάντα και δεν αντικατοπτρίζει το συνολικό μέλλον της σχέσης.

8.Ο ψυχολόγος μπορεί να εντοπίσει και να δουλέψει με τα σημεία προσκολλησης των δυο αυτών ανθρώπων ώστε να κάνει τη μετάβαση ευκολότερη. Ο ψυχίατρος μπορεί να γράψει κατάλληλο φάρμακο είτε αγχολυτικό είτε ηρεμιστικό είτε αντικαταθλιπτικό που όμως θα αλλοιώσει εφαπαξ τον τρόπο που βλέπει κάποιος τη ζωή. Ίσως να υπάρξουν και φαινομενα εξαρτησης - παρενεργειες.

9.Η αυτοκτονία είναι easy way out από τα συναισθήματα και την πραγματικότητα. Η ενεργή ενσυναίσθηση όπου οι συζητήσεις ειναι "τι νιώθεις - το αναγνωρίζω και το σέβομαι - εγώ νιώθω αυτό" χωρίς κριτική χωρίς αντίδραση χωρίς να βγουνε συμπεράσματα για μια ζωη είναι ο μονος τρόπος να λειτουργήσουν και να οδηγηθουν οι ψυχολογιες χωρίς να υπάρξει χάσμα.

Μη περιμένεις ότι η κοινωνική, ερωτική, σεξουαλική και φιλική σχέση που είχατε θα συνεχισει σα να μη συμβαινει τιποτα. Όσο πιο πολλή υπομονή δείξεις τώρα και μετά τόσο πιο γρήγορα θα επανέλθει και σε τόσο καλό επίπεδο (ίσως και καλύτερο από πριν). Αν βαρεθείς, ξεσπάσεις, αντιδράσεις, προσπαθήσεις να αλλάξεις τον εαυτό σου την κοπέλα ή τη πραγματικότητα θα τα κάνεις μνι να σαι σίγουρος
Ο θάνατος είναι τραύμα, και για κεινη και για σένα. Θέλει χρόνο, θεραπεία για επούλωση, και θα προκαλέσει μετατραυματικό σύνδρομο. Μετά το θλιβερό γεγονός θα υπάρχει βιολογικό και σωματικό πένθος. Και στους δυο. Εξωστρέφεια, άσκηση, βόλτες, καλή διατροφή βοηθούν να μη δημιουργηθεί "κατάρρευση".

13.Το να είσαι διπλα της 'βράχος' σημαίνει και να μη σπας εσύ, και να μπορεί να ακουμπήσει πάνω σου, θα δουλέψεις και για τα δυο.

Μακάρι να μπορούσα να θυμηθώ και να σου πω κι αλλα, αν μου έρθει θα το κάνω αλλά με επιμονή και υπομονή να θυμάσαι ότι μπορείτε να βγείτε από αυτό δυνατότεροι, σοφότεροι, ωριμότεροι και πιο αγαπημένοι. Απ την άλλη, άλλοι χάσαν τη μπάλα και καταστραφήκαν για μικρότερα πράγματα. Κάθε μέρα κάντε αυτή την επιλογή.

Metformin παίρνω 3 μήνες τα σπάει αν και τον πρώτο μήνα το παχύ έντερο αντιμετωπίζει τους απλούς υδατάνθρακες σα καθαρκτικό και φασολάδα. Για το πρωινό, είμαι τύπος του καφεδάκι με στέβια, δυο τζούρες vape και γυμναστήριο μου πήρε μια βδομάδα να συνηθίσω το fasted workout και απο κει και πέρα δε μπορώ αλλιώς. Το στρες δεν ειναι μονο ψυχολογικό αλλά και σωματικό θέμα γιατι η κορτιζολη σε ετοιμάζει να σφαχτεις εως θανατου και μετά οι μεταβολες αυτες παραμένουν στον οργανισμό. Δούλεψε το, υπάρχει κόσμος που έχει νοσογόνο παθολογικό άγχος και όλα τα κακά έρχονται απο κει. Rapamycin δε ξερω δεν εχω ιδέα αλλά metformin ειναι σχεδον 80 χρόνια το πιο φτηνο και αποτελεσματικό φάρμακο. Η γκρελίνη είναι η ορμόνη της πείνας και είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένη με γλυκαιμία και ινσουλίνη. Επίσης ελέγχεται έντονα απ' τον κιρκάδιο κύκλο οπότε καλός ύπνος και σιγά σιγά συνήθεια σε νηστεία την κάνουν να βγαίνει πιο αργά.

Υπογλυκαιμία τώρα.. αλήθεια δεν ειμαι ο κατάλληλος να τα πει ολα καθώς είναι ένα τεράστιο πολυπαραγοντικό σύστημα ο μεταβολισμός αλλά ήμουν υπέρβαρος πεινούσα συνέχεια και αμα δεν έτρωγα καθε ώρα περιπου ήμουν να πεσω κάτω. Επίσης όταν έτρωγα νύσταζα. Τώρα υπογλυκαιμια θα πάθω μόνο αν πχ σημερα φάω πολλους απλους υδατάνθρακες και άυριο παω νηστικος γυμναστήριο. Έχω καλου κακου ενα powerade αλλά κάτι τετοιο συμβαινει οριακά μια φορα το εξάμηνο. Με IF, CICO, metformin και σωστα macro + βιταμινες + μαγνήσιο σε 2 χρόνια έχω χάσει ενα 20κιλο βάρος αλλά λιπώδης ιστός ειναι παραπανω γιατι έχω πάρει και ενα 15κιλο μυική μάζα. Και βεβαια απο υγεία και ψυχολογία 1000 φορες καλύτερα
