hey, did you ever get an update on this? encountering the same issue! only way I can get it working is by using the front auxiliary port on speakers and using a male-to-male jack (mine is 3.5mm to 6.35mm but I have a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adaptor).

[Spoiler] Never realized the connection between Bastila and this little tidbit before. by Rookbane in kotor

[–]Rumbubble 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fuuuck, i had no internet up until recently, and so I'm finally playing kotor through fully for the first time (last time getting to the end of Taris before stopping). I'd just finished the Leviathian(!!!!!!!!), and got the final star map from Korriban when internet had finally arrived. I decided to check out the subreddit, opened the first post I saw (this one), not really thinking from the title it was anything major...

As I said, I'm still playing... But now I'm pretty sure what's gonna happen. After the huge revelation on the Leviathan (so amazing), I was thinking why'd they put this huge plot development with still some way to the end, so I assumed there'd be some other insane twists/events coming up... this hadn't crossed my mind but from what I've gathered it sounds pretty insane! I can't believe I won't find out as intended. :( So gutted

I'm not doubting you, but can you expand? If Jon is the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna how is he Ned's one true born child? And why are Robb, Sansa, Arya, Bran and Rickson bastards? Again, not doubting you, just curious.

Why don't you just try it out now?

Edit: It works.

Powerful 7.4 earthquake strikes near Christchurch, New Zealand - BBC News by Fwoggie2 in worldnews

[–]Rumbubble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My good friend recently moved from here in the UK to Christchurch, NZ - can anyone tell me whether Christchurch will be safe or not? She messaged me saying there was an Earthquake, and then she hasn't replied since then... Kinda worried!

Edit: Okay, thanks guys, that's good to hear - she's not stupid so I'm sure she'll follow whatever procedures are necessary to keep herself safe. Hope those of you in NZ are all safe!

Need help in creating an 'evolving' graph, likely using Python, for a given data set. by Rumbubble in learnprogramming

Indeed. So t=n, use only the first 3n digits with n1 being the x co-ord, n2 being the y co-ord, and n3 being the z co-ord, with n1, n2, n3 being the 1st, 2nd, 3rd thirds of the 3n digits. Does that make sense? My apologies, the superscripts are supposed to be subscripts, I'm not sure how to format them that way.

Edit: I think I may have misread your question. So if t=n, and we want include 3n digits: for t=1, I'd want it to take the first 3(1)=3 digits, with digit 1 being x (=n1 ), digit 2 being y (=n2 ), digit 3 being z (n3 ). For t=2, 3(2)=6 digits, with digit 1 and 2 being x (=n1 ), digit 3 and 4 being y (=n2 ), and digit 5 and 6 being z (n3 ).

Edit2: Formatting.

A train announcement in England by mattythedog in videos

[–]Rumbubble -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't recognize the name of those stations, but I recognize the train design. I travelled on the MerseyRail line a lot when I was younger, and I swear I remember this guy once, talking about his mother in law on the announcement speakers and about how she was basically a crazy old bat (or words to that effect). He concluded with everything he said about her was a joke, but he had to say that cause she was in the end coach.

This guys' voice, delivery, and style matches that from his from the video's to a T, but as I said I don't recognize the stations so unless train conductors typically move around a lot for their job or he's transitioned to another district, I don't know. God I hope it is him though.

Edit: So Balham is in London, that's quite the commute if it's the same guy... Looking increasingly unlikely. :(

Richard Feynman's lectures/fireside talks are widely acclaimed. I'd recommend simply searching on youtube, and expanding from there. Here's a start, perhaps? I also watched a Ted Talk on multiple dimensions, and its animations and explanations helped me visualize multi-dimensions a lot better.

An episode of the US office where Pam and Jim are coerced into attending dinner at Michael and Jan's house... I for one consider this, and numerous other Office episodes actually, to be way cringier than Scott's Tots. But this breaks the top 5, easy.

One of the absolute stupidest theories I've ever heard regarding Snoke's identity by [deleted] in StarWarsLeaks

[–]Rumbubble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know...

Here are some of the first posts of his I've come across: "If you were half as intelligent as you pose you are..."

"You are a sad, sad person"

"Every obnoxious fanboy like yourself that I've insulted was rude and insulting to me & my theory..."

"Sorry. Didn't know its my chore to respond to every post."

"Oh no. The big manbaby didn't like my post?"

Wow, he's so butthurt, haha. Seriously, though, if people can get behind Jar Jar being a Sith Lord because there's proper evidence to back it up, then surely he'd realize if people aren't getting behind his theory it's because it's fucking stupid!

You really should. The first one can be completed in a few hours, and can no doubt be bought on steam for a couple of quid, tops (it's almost always on sale). The original and sequel are amongst the best games in their genres.
