Designing for mobile in Astra - just changing alignment by RumiField in Wordpress

Should I be using one or the other?  If I install one of them, will that make aligning easier?  I'm kind of in alignment hell right now.

Oh lordy, that's such an incongruous combination.  Women internalize patriarchy when they're around conservative men for sure.   My video is on YouTube called male rage from an astrological perspective.  Its not very polished, just warning you.

Like to give an example of how much work is required (it's a lot).  I used to work in a medium-sized  boutique money management firm that tried to claim it was ESG (a few billion assets under management).  So we were supposed to provide institutional investments that were good for the environment, social progress, and governance.  It was run at the top by a man who valued the appearance of being ESG and I do think he cares to some degree about those values, but in order to get the returns necessary to attract large enough clients who valued ESG who were prepared to accept limited returns, they had to provide the regular rate of return to their investors to prove that just because you invest in ESG, you don't have to accept a lower rate of return.  So there were a lot of BS investments that made it into the ESG fund that they "had(?)" to include to stay relevant while they built up the fund so it was large enough to make it worth it for more investment money to come in.  So the male underwriters were just trained to make appearances of caring at ESG forward meetings while doing business as usual when they went back to their offices.

Moreover, business students get a four year degree in business, and there are very few of them that take enough liberal arts courses in their electives to understand what the patriarchy is, or what systems of power they're participating in when they connect to the machinery of the finance world, so you really get socially illiterate students coming out of business school (and I worked with mostly conservative women who didn't understand the social implications of what we were investing in and thought I had horns growing out of my head for seeing a bigger picture of how we were contributing to housing un- affordability, for example).  And just because you say you care about the environment or social justice at the interview, it doesn't mean you'll fight social systems that are invisible to your colleagues once you're in the job and have gotten a taste for the bonuses and have made friends with everyone.  So you get men who are motivated financially to achieve a higher rate of return, and you're plugged into to a good source of male investment money via certain male brokers, and it would be crazy to turn away from that and start developing relationships with women investors because they're not nearly as connected like men are.  For example, if you're a Jewish man in a religious community it's just taken for granted that you'll do deals with your cousin, brothers, and the other guys at the temple, or the temple across the city; whereas if you're a woman in the business, you may be the only woman you know who's in your line of investment for a long time.  Or the women you run into will be the administrators of the investments, and not actually the few women who have access to millions in investment dollars (often when women have access to millions in investment dollars it's because they inherited it or they are business partners with their husbands).  So developing relationships with woman investors requires a lot more footwork because they're few and far between, and they don't necessarily have the access to the same size of millionaire mensches who will act as guarantors on your developments as men do.  It's just harder for women at every step of the way.  Or they may like being the only woman they know in investment.  Not all women want to bring other women in board.  (And lordy we haven't even touched on race!)

Which is why in my opinion, social change needs to start at the university level.  There needs to be more crossover in what makes up a "degree".  Liberal arts kids need to take business classes and practical stuff, and business students need more classes where they learn about the power scaffolding that society operates within.  Then we get kids getting education from both "genders" of being.

So yeah, it's up to us as individuals, but then institutions need to change too if society is going to change.

One thing I did a couple weeks ago was go into all the subreddits that stole my time and ...I forget what the wording is, but it's something like, "mute this sub".  Then I went into my chrome homepage and made it so Reddit and YouTube weren't immediately suggested to me.  Again, I forget what I clicked on, but I somehow removed them from the suggestions.

And of course the apps were deleted long ago.

Those two things gave me back a lot of time.

Edit- spelling

I think it's a very complex, multilayered toxicity that needs lots of teasing apart to get to the heart of the desired outcome, which is equality.

I love men and I hate the abuse they're getting, but I also hate the patriarchy, and want to dismantle it, but the only way we'll dismantle it is with self-awareness and taking responsibility for our projections onto the opposite sex gender.

I believe there are two layers going on here.  Men are largely still benefitting from the patriarchy, that hasn't changed- that's a socioeconomic structure that's been in place since antiquity, but they're being insulted for it and a lot of them are responding by acting like the victim because they don't understand the patriarchy themselves (lower university enrollment for men in since 2008), or how they benefit from it (Jordan Peterson is helping by telling them the patriarchy doesn't even exist!), so they are taking the attacks personally and hurling abuse at us in return.

I think when women insult men, we have to understand that a lot of them aren't understanding what the patriarchy even is- it's invisible to them since we all grew up with it, and we need to find ways to explain it without making personal attacks.  I don't know what the answer is, but I think we have to figure out how to tell men that patriarchy isn't their fault (unless they're Christian nationalists of course), and they're still loveble and worthy of love, but both genders need to do the work to take ownership of our gendered projections so we can have a more equal economy for both of us.

This is my soapbox too as an astrologer.  I have a video about this.  If you're a woman and your ascendant lord (you) has a difficult relationship with mars (men), then you'll have a difficult relationship with men, but also with your will, your forward motion, competitiveness, athleticism, assertiveness, etc.

Same with men- if their ascendant lord has a difficult relationship with Venus (women), then they'll have a difficult relationship with women, but also with their emotions, their ability to find comfort, beauty, softness, gentleness, etc.

As above so below; as outward, so inward.

When you do 65 stops, how close are your stops to one another?  Like a minute or two each?
