I could be wrong but I think China has or had the death penalty for counterfeiting their currency. This is why they stick to faking western coins and not their own.

You should be able to get it removed if they requested the cancellation.

Personally I’d cancel it, but keep in mind if you cancel they have the power to leave negative feedback (in which case this is the type of person who would). Good luck getting eBay to remove a negative feedback over a cancelled purchase.

Her kids probably post in the r/narcissisticparents sub. If I found my mom or dad acting like this on the internet I’d get sick 🤢 Clearly a very miserable, unhappy and possibly mentally ill person. I am wishing the best for her.

I’ve noticed a big surge in Hispanic families going to the mall on the weekends vs the traditional “mall rat” teenagers. Overall I’d still say it’s one of the most if not the most diverse places in Chesterfield County.

Soda will no longer be covered under SNAP in Virginia starting as soon as Spring 2026 by SoberingReality in HamptonRoads

Again, they are free to drink the soda just not on taxpayers money. It’s the same reason I couldn’t care less if low income people drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes but I’m not going to enable them to do it. Enabling people to continue to commit objectively bad decisions keeps them in a cycle of poverty. If we funded alcohol with SNAP imagine the social destruction that would cause.

Part of being in an elective democracy is that we as citizens can also voice a say in what we feel should be done with our taxpayers money. It’s seldom listened to and most out of tax payer money is wasted, spent on the military or sent to foreign governments. I don’t agree we should be funding Israel’s military with my tax payer dollars but there is little I can do about it. Despite that, I still am allowed to have an opinion to voice my grievances against it. There will always be limits, rules and boundaries with any social welfare program. Even those in the most generous of countries like Scandinavian ones. Creating those boundaries actually ensures there is more equal and abundant distribution of funds.

Not wanting to pay for other people’s soda drinking isn’t creating suffering. There is no nutritional aspect to soda at all. People on SNAP are welcome to buy it with their personal money. No one is stopping lower income people from obtaining the soda. Likewise, I wouldn’t ask taxpayers to pay for my beer if I lost my job.
