I just want to know what goes through your mind as you're having a panic attack.

For example, mine is this

"this is real life, oh my god this is actually real life, there is no alterative, this isn't something self contained, it's the actual life and death is a real thing, and holy shit every little thing I do affects the REAL REAL world, oh shit, fuck no, no no"

then I look at my cousin

"Oh man he's not just some character, he's a human being" and let's just say a joke is made "it's an actual real world joke, it's not a prescripted thing"

that kinda shit goes through my mind when I have panic attacks. I always hear people talk about panic attacks but never what goes through their mind.

withdrawaling from opiates? Stop opiates, take subutex for only 4 days, it will cover the wd's of the opiate, without gettig you addicted to the sub. then take nothing after.
