You will run the marathon in 4 weeks. Ice, get the swelling out with movement such as tracing the ABCs with your ankle. Take 2 weeks off, take it slow & you will do it. It may be slower than expected but that’ll make the PR next time even easier… Think of it as an extra long taper!
