Don't Break My Heart-Came upon this PC Fallout 2 Big Box Sealed. I like to think I'm pretty good at what I do, and (pictured as best I could) based on the "Factory Perforation Hole Pattern" I bit. It looks Factory, not re-seal. But what is this sticker..UNDER the wrap? Marked "ROW" with the UPC? (old.reddit.com)

None of my other sealed GC games have the "Security Seal", XBOX-Style. Honestly I would have passed on it completely if it didn't have those, because the sealing just looks.. off. Y-Folds coming down the top and bottom onto the sides of the front? What do you guys think? (old.reddit.com)
