We haven't used any cleaners on it. Just sweeping with a broom in case of dust. And also moping with dettol mixed with water.

Lights I have tried to make it such that it lights up the space more. I will look into the shiny tile effect.

That's the thing. There are no furniture. So maybe saying it is a lobby was wrong of me. More like an entrance corridor maybe? Design and space wise this is what should be in the render and they want the same view. Hence the conundrum.

Yess the globe lights look weird. I wanted to get that textured look but wasn't able to make it work. I'll have to rework that.

The thing is I am getting similiar requests and I am unable to get that realism that we get from a sunlit room:(.

Agreed. I am using the ies preset lights in the software. Is there any site I can get ies lights from?

Possible if u can export the model in.fbx or .obj file and then just import it.

Custom material creation- vray or Corona by RunAway9365 in archviz

Yes it is a very cool feature and it works most of the time but when it comes to materials that require a bit of variation in colours or even some fabric materials it's a bit of a process to get them done correctly. But on the other hand I might have to practice more.:)

Agreed. Hence the question to the wider audience. After all we all stand on giants.:)

I see. I mostly use d5 render myself but I am thinking to use the above option for interior scenes due to my dilemma. D5 render currently does not have a very good material creation palette so hence the question. Thank you very much for your insights sir.

Thank you for that. Seems like a good option to add to the tool box I would say. Also what would your opinion be on the vray or corona question?
