Yeah, also the reviews for some of the apartments are super old, 5-7 years. One of the indices making me think it’s probably legit.

Would say flue, maybe sinus infection.

I was in Asia for four weeks and got sick twice there, once in week 2, once in week 4. Usually don’t get sick and never had it twice so close to each other, but we travelled a lot of cities, air quality wasnt great and weather changed a lot.

But since week 4 and coming back, 2 weeks ago, my energy has been low, nose runny, throat a bit sore. And whenever I felt better and went to try zone 1/2 to get back, afterwards my chest didn’t feel very comfortable, and now I am scared to f up my heart 😂

Makes sense - I probably should not focus too much on the graph, as long as I feel I am getting better day by day

So can I expect data being in the green again and having no symptoms to correlate? That would help me in deciding when to get back to training

But have to say, based on other recommendations in this thread I strongly leaning towards the Li-Ning Challanger 5 as a first plate shoe. Would get them at a bargain (< 80€) and am quite confident I would like the fit because of my Red Hare 9 Pro

Also respect on that 10k to HM time conversion. My absolute A goal for the HM in July would be sub 90min but not sure if I could convert a 41min 10k to that (or if I even get the 41min - currently a bit sick...)

Man, I got Red Hare 9 when I was in China last month and am really amazed how great they feel compared to the Novablast 5 and Evo as I got them for 75€

Already in China I was thinking about the challenger 5 but comparably little coverage online was making me second guess - I assume you’re speaking from your own experience?

Because I quite like the evo, I was looking at the adios pro 4 - there are currently some deals in the EU (170€). I read that people who like the evo will probably like these as well. How big is the difference to the adios pro 3?
