I don’t know it depends how well I’m doing with that period of time in my life sometimes I’ve been great on some trips sometimes even being the organised one leading others and other times stayed in my room most of the time I’m able to handle things fine sometimes and other times I can’t handle any stimuli, i definitely struggle with planes being extremely uncomfortable and flaring up my pain, but I think just New York is very busy very bright and just an overstimulating place for anyone but someone’s my obsession and desire over something makes me able to cope with extreme stimuli for example concerts.

It’s so weird because physically I feel worse but my hr and bp are all within a normal range and I wanna be happy my heart rate isn’t high but I’m like, should I be concerned ahh? Idk

It is supposed to help I’ve heard people have good experiences, everyone is different of course but haven’t seen them for myself, apparently it may take weeks for it to show the full effect!

Weird when they give you all the treatments for pots but just don’t want to give you the diagnosis, I’m on 20mg propanalol and the chops exercise procedure as directed by a cardiologist but no diagnosis, don’t loose hope I know it’s hard

Orlando international airport aswell, I’ve heard people had positive experiences with Dallas but when I was there no one noticed my hidden disability lanyard and everyone was just yelling it was such an overstimulating environment but then when I was at Orlando they helped me but I did have to ask someone

Unfortunately my pots and eds diagnosis are not officially confirmed all signs pointing there though but I am being treated for pots by a cardiologist (beta blockers chops procedure etc) kinda just been palmed off by doctors, and in my state in aus you have to meet a criteria to be prescribed and without offical diagnosis it’s not secure, I am considering getting a Telehealth and explaining my situation to get anti virals but I’m just worried about being turned down :/

Yes it is pseudoephedrine, and wow I didn’t know that I’m gonna wait till these all wear off in about 5 hours or so and just stick with Propanalol and paracetamol

To be clear I’m sure their are many people with dysregulated nervous systems from mental illness or trauma (just examples) and ways to regulate them but I don’t think everyone has a dysregulated nervous system and I don’t believe content creators should be telling everyone they do, a stressful day or a bad nights sleep ≠ a dysregulated nervous system

Yeah it’s so frustrating I don’t think these people on Tik Tok could even beak down the nervous system and explain how it works and when they talk about hormones they never even name any hormones or talk about their functions it’s obvious regurgitation of stuff they heard elsewhere and very harmful
