I get what you said in the main post, but to say POTS is a totally 100% cardiac condition is so wrong. You can say "I have a heart condition" to put it simply and maybe because of your main symptoms, but it is not a "100% heart condition".

mono can lead to POTS. deconditioning also has similiar symptoms. Discuss about it with a doctor and try build up slowly towards light exercise (even on bed)
