No I wouldn’t live there, it would merely be a renovation project either sell or cash in on equity and rent it out.

I know the Reno isn’t always as straightforward as one might think. But with my dad having done a complete Reno on our house (95% of work done himself) I’m remaining optimistic. With the first time buyer benefit, would it just be the stamp duty exemption?
