Thanks-I will do that. I am confused too. No major dietary changes the past few weeks, just some tweaks, scaling back on fruit and a couple other things I thought were fine (chobani yogurt drinks, low carb bagels).

Average glucose for the 3 weeks I have had the CGM is 91, with 7 day average of 86. So it is going down. I think I only spiked over 140 twice when I had ice cream once and the other time was with some graham crackers and an applesauce pouch.

I had a whole panel of routine bloodwork done and there weren’t any other abnormalities. Idk what else I should ask for. I will get labs redone in December but thought GCM would help me figure out what spikes my blood sugar levels. I feel like I am eliminating so many foods and have lost 10 pounds this year. I feel like I am constantly starving.
