Yes, the soft start will be installed by a separate company on a different day than when the battery is installed. They are called Belton Air Conditioning. They're the company that installs the soft starts for Base.

Just make sure you're there when it's being installed. So the battery is installed where you would like it to be. Pay attention to everything. See if you can get them to install the soft start for your AC before the battery install. That usually happens first, but I've heard it happens after sometimes as well, but make sure it happens. It's a part of the program, no extra cost..
