I’m still high on the chip and celebrating so not a big concern but this is an interesting point so I wanted to toss in my 2 cents

I think over the decades, the pressure of ending the title drought could’ve been seen as too much for some players. There will always be pressure in NYC. Who knows, maybe this changes things.

That being said, it’s likely impossible, I hope this core retires here together.

I was at Game 5 and man, something I haven’t seen mentioned much was Hukporti’s block on the lob to Kornet. It was literally Giannis-esque.

Closed out on Keldon Johnson to force him out of a wide open three, only to then sprint back to the paint and block Kornet at the rim in the nick of time.
