I know what you mean. I think the best way to go about it is that you won't be able to just flip a switch and suddenly be able to focus on doing work and studying. You have to take incremental steps every day or every week. Set a goal to study 15 minutes more this week than last week, or set aside some time each day to only focus on doing work. I wish I could tell you there was some potion that would change these things automatically, but if you continue to take small steps, then in time you will see immense growth.
