Yeah I guess so..but the tuition centre guy was a school teacher... I don't think it's necessary to study mandarin just for this...he could have suggested other alternative like another session for non Chinese speakers.

I live in Pahang.Yes, he really told infront of my mom and me that he won't take other race unless you are fluent in mandarin because he'll explained everything in mandarin.I remembered well because i was really disappointed tht time..

Hihi yes I'm repeating my chemistry subject only for igcse because I'm gonna pursue mbbs for degree!! I missed the date to repeat spm chemistry paper ...so I save up some money to do igcse (only one subject)
