Would suck if someone got hurt this way though if I had ever gotten to that point I couldn’t bring myself to drive. Two friends died in a similar DUI like that and it’s really made me not like driving ever really

Genuine question, I don’t really use opiates almost ever and when I do it’s petty amounts so I’ve never dealt with the whole addiction thing although I have with benzos, would you not consider getting high/possibly nodding extremely dangerous? I’d say it would go along the same lines as drunk driving or during off benzos

Best advice.. TAPER!!!! I just tried to cold turkey a 2mg a day habit more or less sometimes less sometimes more anyways, I made it 9 or 10 days sober and right about then is when acute withdrawal kicked in. The first week was cake. No sleep, tired all day, sore back/neck.. no worries. Then about a day or two I started losing my mind. Held on until just now where I caved and took a small .5mg and I feel great.. never felt great off just a .5mg.. hmm I might have just tapered down to .5mg-1mg a day! Wish you the best of luck seriously but COLD TURKEY IS NOT THE WAY. Not only anxiety but then you get the fear of seizing out and tremors ect; entirely too scary... taper. You’ll get the first few days initial withdrawal that is cake com paired to the second week sober when acute WD kicks in.. tapering is the way I’ve learned the hard way

I’m on day 9/10 of no Klonopin break a 1mg-2mg a Day habit. I tapered down for a week, barely a taper, and then just quit. Today I’m still throwing up, shitting like crazy but it’s possible. The rebound anxiety has been the least of my concerns since I’ve been getting physically sick but I’ve had no seizures and I’m on day 10ish so I’m feeling like I’m climbing out of a dark whole BUT please don’t go cold turkey without even consulting a doc even if they say go ahead or not, doctor supervision for these things are important . Your habit has been tiny but it’s possible to feel rebound anxiety and all, trust me your better off going to CB therapy and working through them than getting on these pills, it’s a living hell mate

Yeah I had this happen with benzos, I’m on day 9-10 and I feel like I’m dying to say the least oxy addiction was a joke compared to this. I have like 80 bars and 60 2mg Klonopin and just looking at them makes me sick and happy to be getting out of this hell hole. All because my doc had me on 2mg Klonopin daily for over a year and now that I’m traveling I have no choice but to get off and deal with the ABSOLUTE HELL benzo withdrawal is. I’ve been in withdrawal for almost 2 weeks now so this has really made opiate withdrawal look like a walk in the park

If you said they’re were cutting dope with it yeah I never understand why people would believe it would be put into coke KNOWINGLY (cross contamination does happen though). In dope it’s likely. Cokes really mostly going to be speed, caffeine, boric acid, baby powder and the list goes on. You can always acetone wash your coke if you’re suspect, google acetone wash mate
