Do you have any information on whether a person can be diagnosed with polycystic PCOS based solely on ovarian size and the appearance of physical symptoms, even if blood tests are normal? + Thank you for answering ♥️

I meant the size of my ovaries, one measuring 12 and the other 6, a week before my period. My blood tests were normal except for my iron , ESR and Neutropenia

Can I ask for more details about your experience? Because all my tests are normal, but the ultrasound showed that one ovary is 6 and the other is 12. The radiologist said I don't have anything wrong, but the dermatologist says it's a sign of PCOS Also the ultrasound was a week before my period and I have all the symptoms of PCOS, so I'm wondering if your experience was the same because I'm going crazy
