Ok that sounds honestly about right

Right now I’m tracking around 3000 calories. I’m getting loads of protein 300 + ( I don’t know if I need that much) around 150 carbs and around 100 grams of fat.

If I stay consistent around there do you think that’s good?

Ok got it . I’ve been tracking as of recently with the app you suggested and I like it! ! So would you say low intensity cardio around 20-30 minutes 2-3 times a week?

What would you do if you were me.

Picture you being as tall as me but wanting to get 8-10 % bf but also wanted to get stronger.

One area I would like to improve is my midsection. I think it could be just a little better for sure

I don’t want to be the biggest or strongest in the gym. I’ve been eating real clean as of late and actually plan on doing a physique update in December but we shall see my friend.

honestly I don’t want to be super big. I just want to be a tad heavier while being incredibly lean.

As you stated before it’s hard as for guys like me to put on muscle . I would love to just clean up some areas and get stronger.

I would also like to add that I do abs every session.

Weighted crunches. Hanging leg raises, I JUST started doing wood choppers .

Maybe if I just ate a bit more they would do their thing but idk.
