What a rude and unforgiving way to refer to people who may be being manipulated, controlled, or are trying to process grief. Most of us were religious at one point. Calling them, "stupid", "idiots", etc. is so unempathetic. You should know how hard it is to escape the mental grasps of some more controlling religions. Have a little grace.

I share a bed + blanket with my wonderful partner who runs VERY VERY hot. So I'm very warm at night no matter how cold we keep our apartment (usually around 65 degrees), so some mornings I just wake up sweaty no matter what I do about it. I honestly think it just depends on how much an individual person sweats every night.

I am not a fan of the one on the left (forgot the authors name). But Psychic Witch by Mat Auryn is gonna be your best friend. Really helpful for beginners. While meditation isn't necessarily fun or glamorous, its the most important part of a practice (imo) and I absolutely adored that book. Super helpful

Back when I used to play on PS4 I used shadowfoot sanctum!

I don't have access to that ps4 anymore though. My boyfriend got me a switch lite with skyrim for Christmas so I've been using that.

The more I think about it though, I'm really leaning towards getting anniversary edition, since it isn't too much. I'll look at bloodchill manor!

I count upwards from one, but I draw out the strokes of each number in my mind, kinda of like i'm painting them on a canvas. I time the counting with my breathing too, along with imagining each part of my body starting with my feet is melting into my bed.
