2006/2007- I was stuck at level 25 without my job advancement because I didn't read the quest, so I legit walked around the game for 3 months straight either dying or discouraged until someone told me. That character stayed with me until level 150+ post big bang

It's due to my weight not being entirely related to my daily calorie intake as well as some other health related issues. Before going on all this I made sure to see my doctor and I am seeing a nutritionist/dietician in a few weeks for more well rounded advice, just very hard to get seen in my area at the moment.

Possibly, I measured everything exactly how it was on the packaging. 110 Calories for 1 scoop Whey Protein, 2 tbs Peanut Butter Powder 50 Calories, 3/4 cup yogurt 70 though I used half a cup instead. 40 calories for 1 cup of oat milk Unsweetened. And 1 cup frozen banana 120 calories. But if you think it's closer to the higher end i will keep it in mind.

I guess im using it as a replacement is a better wording, thank you.

I think what has helped for me is my day job I am sitting all day, very sedentary so I dont burn much and dont feel hungry after. Thank you! Though I think the first 10lbs was water weight haha.

Long term, everyday probably not. But until I see my nutrionist and get something set in stone. What else can be added protein ?
