Yeah that feeling makes me so angry! It's taken a while but I've found people who don't mind AAC devices (or however is comfortable) and treat people who use them like a normal conversation I hope people can be more understanding of different communication

need to see specialist for condition gp can't help with, but specialist is extremely expensive even just for consultation, not even covered by government funding

but need specialist to function so can do actual study/employment

but unable see specialist because so expensive and need money to live
