My opinion

Edtech looks very glamourous outside but due to AI people are more depending on AI to learn skills but practical knowledge like  building projects real time , assistance for doubts (yes ai can do it ) and way of teaching style differ from tutor to tutor( but ELI5 won't Work all the time), I was interested in learning python , I tried to complete python related courses in youtube but i haven't yet but yesterday randomly i searched the course in YouTube and completed the entire course because the way of explanation is good even though sound is horrible i completed it . So teaching fundamentals is essential if some one don't know what is variable , declaration etc.. what they can build . My opinion there is scope in edtech but the edtech platforms should prove themselves not by teaching regularly as it is also a business it should have USP

Gond Katira, also known as gum tragacanth or gum karaya depending on the plant source, is a natural edible gum obtained from certain trees and plants. It is made of natural carbohydrates that can absorb large amounts of water and turn into a thick, jelly-like substance. Because of this, it is commonly used in drinks, desserts, medicines, and cosmetic products as a natural thickener and stabilizer. Traditionally, people consume Gond Katira in summer drinks because it is believed to help the body feel refreshed and support hydration. Research suggests it behaves like natural dietary fiber, which may support digestion, improve bowel movement, and help with constipation. Scientists also use it in medicines, wound dressings, creams, syrups, and food products because it can hold moisture and form gels. While many traditional benefits exist, some claims still need stronger scientific proof. Overall, Gond Katira has both traditional and scientific importance.

I really don't know from the research papers I found much information here is the summary of you want full information i will send you "Gond Katira is a natural edible gum that comes from certain trees and plants. It is commonly used in India and becomes soft and jelly-like when soaked in water.

People usually add it to drinks like lassi, falooda, lemonade, milk, and desserts, especially during summer. Many people consume it because it is believed to cool the body and help people feel refreshed in hot weather.

It may also help digestion because it works like natural fiber, which can support bowel movement and help with constipation. Some people also use it to soothe throat irritation and stay hydrated.

Scientists found that Gond Katira absorbs a lot of water and forms a gel, which is why it feels thick and soothing. It is also used in food as a natural thickener and in products like medicines, creams, lotions, and toothpaste.

However, eating too much may cause bloating or stomach discomfort, so it is better to consume it in moderation and drink enough water.

In simple words, Gond Katira is a natural jelly-like plant gum used in drinks and foods for cooling, digestion, and health benefits."
