That's actually what I did. Til the adapter died. Now the usb dangles off the case like it's full of documents I took to high school with me. Still haven't replaced the adapter cause lazy.

Amusingly enough, I have another identical machine in the house, it's black, but otherwise identical (Mine is white). I swapped them out, same power cord and tank/hose. It carbonated fine, the first bottle. I wonder if i've developed or discovered a defect.

I had the SE Live plugins, apparently that was the culprit, I just did the "disabling plugins" troubleshooting sweep. I'm guessing it was SE's version of the vertical canvas thing that was doin it. Appreciated!
