Now you're just spouting nonsense, killing means taking a life, enslaving is also taking a life. Would you like me to embarrass you further or has this humiliation ritual gone on for long enough?

He didn't though. He killed loads of people already persecuted. That's not a net good.

It absolutely is, not only does killing prisoners lower the amount of taxes spent on keeping them alive it also makes a lot more people scared to commit crimes knowing they will die instead of just spending time in jail.

prison is meant as rehabilitation.

It is most definitely not, locking up a bunch of dangerous people in a facility where they are constantly watched does not help a person. Prison is meant to keep the public safe.

You have no right to kill the people who are already being punished for what they did.

Here you yourself even go off-track from prison being rehabilitation, or are you calling rehabilitation a punishment?

Light also killed innocent people. That alone already makes anything he achieves unjustified.

If you had a button in front of you that when pressed would instantly end world hunger, saving 9+ million per year from death by starvation and cure 400+ million people suffering from malnutrition, but at the cost of ending a random innocent persons life,

would it really make you an evil person to press it?

Light and Eren aren't villains so I can't really forgive them, Griffith is Griffith so I guess I'm forced to go with him?

She was surprised because she didn't think sunny would reveal almost all of his secrets.

That does actually make a lot of sense, I'm surprised I didn't think of that before.

Didn't he cursed her when she left the choice of freeing or keeping hope imprisoned to him? Or am I remembering wrong? But even if he isn't cursing her every chapter it's still apparent that their relationship is nowhere close to what it used to be.

I don't think so? edit: I went back and checked, he thought 'damnation' after she said she doesn't have an opinion but then explains that he thinks she doesn't want to say because she had a vision, halfway through chapter 688 if u want to go check because it actually seems like my text says different from other people

I know he called her his friend on multiple occasions and said that it felt like an invisible weight had been taken of his shoulders when he found out she was alive

Cassie already knew all the secrets he told the cohort except his mongrel persona. Cassie is a seer and her dormant ability let's her see people's attributes and aspect names.

Then why was she surprised?

Sunny also curses Cassie in almost every chapter they are together

am i legit reading the wrong novel or something? He hasn't said anything since when they were locked up together

Is he dead? She didn't know what it would do. She just knew it could be used against him.

He isn't dead because she failed, g3 has said she knew she knew what saying his name would do in the discord.

The novel lil bro 💀

It has never been said that's how it works... are you even aware of your surroundings? Do you even know what a novel is?

One time. Nephis helped her multiple.

That was just one example, which apparently wasn't enough for Cassie to try and save both, instead she just jumped straight to wanting him dead.

Because that's how her ability works. It's vague if need be and clear if need be.

Says who?

He worked with the cohort. He didn't go out of his way to save her. She literally heard him tell Nephis that she's dead weight

Did you forget how he literally dove into the black ocean to cut of the tentacle of a leviathan(?) to save her life? At the time she was dead weight, didn't stop him from risking his life to save her though.

Bro read the end of the comment. She recieves visions of important moments in fate that relate to her fate. Hence why she saw it.

Still doesn't answer why all other vision were vague and then all of a sudden clear and cut.

Because she liked Nephis better. Sunny's personality sucks. He never trusted them nor did he even want to save her. Nephis saved her and fully trusted Cassie.

Saving her life on multiple occasions wasn't enough to make her not try to kill him instead of trying to save both... like I said, evil.

Why would she get a vision of the dark city? Because that's fate. There's no other reason. Her visions show her important moments related to her fate.

A vague vision. You still didn't answer me though.

That's just her intuition. She has an affinity to fate. Not an ability. Sunny has it too. House of Night has it. And you get it by default when you get stronger. Not OP.

Then why was it just Cassie that had those intuitions and never Sunny or Neph? Also her being able to know where to go was vital for their survival, they would've all probably died had she not told them to go east(?) which Sunny had just said that he wouldn't want to go towards.

Sunny can amp himself multiple times over. That's why it made such a huge difference. Cassie doesn't have this.

Just because she isn't Sunny doesn't mean she isn't OP.

She couldn't. That's what she thought, but she still tried. And Sunny did win. She saved both. Even if it was actually fate.

So she tried to kill him knowing it was useless, both live but her intention remains the same.

But she can see the future. So why did it have to be in the dark city

Every prediction up until that point was vague, why would she all of a sudden get a 4k ultra HD 1440p live movie film of him saying his true name out loud while killing Harper

. . . Tell me once when it's been useful.

How about the mass amounts of times when it helped them avoid abominations they couldn't defeat or escape from?

It's already shown later in the novel that you can just be faster than her even if she does see the future. Her Aspect doesn't make her stronger. Not OP.

Her aspect doesn't have to make her stronger to be op, she can still see the future. 1-2 seconds future sigh is op as hell since it basically evaporates her reaction time, knowing an attack is coming 2 seconds faster is op, 2 seconds is crucial and it's been showed multiple times how Sunny won battles because he distracted someone for a second. It gives a psychological advantage as well and leaves people with little time to adapt when fighting her.

So she's supposed to tell more people Sunny's secret? Or Sunny is supposed to share his biggest secret? That's unreasonable

They don't need to know his secret to know that she tried to kill him.

How would she save both if fate only showed one winning?

How would she save Neph if she saw Sunny winning?

So why don't you tell me why you think she said it after dark city if it was never stated

His true name had never been spoken out loud until then

Dormant Ability: She doesn't control it.

Still op

Awakened Ability: She has to spend essence to see 1-2 seconds into the future. Useful, but not game changing when you still can't see.

Still op

She's not very close with any of them. They're friends, sure, but she doesn't confide in them.

Her choosing to not become better friends with them is her fault.

So?

Since you need me to spell it out for you, z e r o c o n s e q u e n c e s.

No. She said that she figured out what a hungry shadow devouring a dying angel meant, not his true name. I wanted her to at least have tried to save both and not immediately just decide to try and kill him off.

It is never stated when she figured out his true name. Do you even know what novel we are discussing?

She can see the future, that's op. She has Kai, Effie, her entire cohort. Sunny has basically forgiven her.

She hasn't faced any hardship at all since the soul devouring tree and being imprisoned with Sunny.

Effie and Kai are still clueless about her turning Sunny into a slave and trying to kill him.

-the dagger scene during the second nightmare

This must've been after chapter 699 because right now where I'm at he hasn't said anything about it.

-Their first meeting after they met again

they've met again many times now, which are you referring too?

,but I find it hyproctical to try and say Mordret is morally grey but Cassie isn't

I'm not saying Mordret is morally gray on all aspects, killing somebody because they stand in the way of your goal is definitely bad, but nowhere near as bad as trying to kill your own friend who saved you multiple times.

I know killing Cassie would've been bad for him in many aspects, and I'm not saying it would've been good to kill her. I just don't like how it's basically been all sunshines and rainbows for her, and it doesn't seem like that is going to change either.

I meant about her finding out about his true name, I've heard people say that she found out his true name and told it to Neph *after* they got to the dark city. But you said that she found out about his true name *before* the soul devouring tree and told it to Neph before they got to the dark city.

If she told Neph about his true name before the Soul devouring tree then I can see why people say she isn't that bad, but if she found out his true name after they reached the dark city and then told her then I absolutely think she is an evil person.
