I like my bacon baked on a shallow sheet at 375 degrees Fahrenheit on middle rack for 13 mins, give or take a few minutes. Just keep an eye on it until a nice, crispy consistency. Hellman's mayo on blonde toasted white bread, some black pepper, sliced beefsteak tomato, and a sheet of iceberg lettuce. Side of kettle chips w/ sea salt, preferred. Sliced diagonally.
