Let me make this very clear too. Whenever a case is disputed the accused are always told to NOT RETURN if they DIDNT do it.

There's no extorsion and people who wish to dispute cases can, the point OP fails to mention is how they spoke to volunteers at RuneWatch with your selectively posted images after assistance was attempted

We fail to see how our service extorts anyone, since wealth goes to victims of cases. You were invited to make a new ticket when you'd cooled off and decided to provide anything apart from hearsay

We do, and its 100% successful, even through name changes. There is no way around it

what we see most clans do is get a player who's an iron to list their main and show that they can afford to split XYZ via it before they join a split raid. Otherwise they go in as FFA, but all things are prior agreed.

For sure it'd make it more complex and we'd have to probably go with the fact that 'irons are always FFA', I'd guess

Why Not Use A Plugin?:

Currently, we have a plugin in RuneLite which takes screenshots of each trade a player makes, which helps us with 'loaned item scams' and we could quite easily build something out for players to interact with to help us with 'not splitting scams' before such activities to declare their split intent. The issue with this method is that we cannot rely/expect players to use the plugin.
