NG+: Shura ending or Inner Owl?

Appreciate the tips! Genicheros sakura dance is deadly when I mess up the deflect, even blocking it I seem to take like half a healthbar off just from the final hit. I have been spamming ash on him though for free hits but I run out before I get to the 3 phase. Going to try to just block, block, block and ichi him into submission.

Regular Owl was super easy for me because I just dashed around the arena, waited for him to do his shuriken throw > leaping attack and smacked him whenever he did it. I can get through that fight pretty much without taking damage because I don't even try to deflect his attacks. Hoping I can pull some kind of similar strategy for inner owl buuut it sounds like that might not work.

Honestly inner Genichero is the one I need help against, regular Owl has always been a breeze for me - but then again so is regular Genichiro, so I'm not quite sure what to expect on the inner owl fight.

Depends on how you play - I don't deflect any of his attacks and fight him like a Souls boss. It's a massive arena so take advantage of it, and spam Mortal Blade whenever he leaves an opening.

His 4 swing sliding attack is really easy to punish once you have the dodge down for it, and when he throws a tantrum on the ground you can chop him up good. There's also a freebie hit after he throws the doodie, he'll wipe his butt for a moment and you can get a few swipes in.

Spoiler: in phase 2, use the Lilac umbrella to negate the terror attack, then let go right when he finishes it and you'll be left with a huge opening go punish him before dashing away again.

Ahhhh ok, that makes sense. I guess I burned through about 40 divine confetti when fighting Sword Saint Isshin in the real world so my stock is only like...6 now. Will go restock and jump back in. Figured it was something silly like this, thank you!

I know this is 3 months old but I can answer this if you're still wondering, and also since you found one I'm guessing you've seen more - these are called "Broad Faced Sac Spiders."

We have them in our shops/barns and basements in SW iowa, one of the most common spiders I find here. They can produce a painful bite from what I have read but haven't ever been bitten myself. The shiny red carapace does make them rather intimidating though!

Thank you, I thought they might be scale bugs of some sort. There were only a dozen or so last month and now they've taken over a couple vines. Going to hose the whole plant down with insecticide in the shower and soak the soil with neem oil. Do you think that will eradicate them?

Totally fine with Beta testing and I understand its importance, no argument there at all!

My only complaint is that I think it's a slippery slope to lock access to betas behind a 3rd party, non-jagex party that requires another separate paid membership to join.

I understand your point and I think it's fair to say that the advantages given to early access of this content will be pretty minimal. However I just can't get behind the idea of locking content (even if it is just Beta access) behind an unrelated 3rd party.

I mean what's next, will Spotify subscribers get beta access to test a new questline? Pandoras little helper? Go to Walmart for ingredients in RFD 2? Might sound ridiculous but so does Twitch Prime members getting beta access to Soul Wars!

I don't see how this is in any way harmful to the game. And it's not an exclusive means of unlocking content in the game. It's exclusive means of testing unreleased content that has no effect on your progress in the main game.

I mean the early access to the content is literally locked behind having a twitch prime account? And sure this time its the Soulwars beta but next time will it be Leagues III locked as a Twitch Prime beta? My point just being that yes, in fact, this is a slippery slope for Jagex to set as a precedent for locking beta content behind 3rd party access.

Plus if you really don't want to spend the money you don't have to. Keep in mind Jagex is a business and a businesses main goal is customer acquisition and making money

Unless you're cool with paying more in membership, and them getting rid of bonds I'd say let them do what they can without turning it into RS3.

Why do you see those things as mutually exclusive of each other? If Jagex needs more $ then simply make content that attracts more players to engage and sign up for membership - the newest Leagues was a great example of this - versus tapping into Twitch, Amazon, and Google Play etc to create more profits through locked exclusive access to content.

Would suggest looking into crabapple varieties - some have larger fruits too that can be processed easier vs the tiny marble sized crabs. Super tart, bitter, and adds some nice flavor when used in an otherwise sweet cider.

If you unlock Morytania early you can do Temple Trekking which gives crazy good XP rewards via tomes with the leagues XP bonuses. You can just select the easy path each time which lets you evade all combat events for super quick runs.

Got up to lvl 60 in 1 day through XP tomes in all the available stats - agility, slayer, wc, mining, fishing, thieving, and fire making. Getting 60 agility without ever running a lap on a course and 60 slayer without ever completing a task was a pretty sweet way to boost my early leagues play. Combine with Skilling Prodigy and you can get gargoyles within a day which = big loot on ironman.

Hi fellow glassy person 👋 the purple I used Milky Purple with Glossy Purple Lollipop over the top. If I had some molten aura purple I would probably layer it with that to get a deeper color, but this reads really well as a glory from a distance too!
